Court interpreting is a professional vocation with rigorous requirements. As you seek the credential of Federally Certified Court Interpreter of Spanish/English, you must uphold the following confidentiality requirements.
All testing materials are property of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts. Test items, including text and audio files are confidential and may not be copied or shared outside of the high stakes testing environment. Copying and/or sharing of test items is theft.
Any theft of test items will invalidate scores of individuals involved and may be punishable to the full extent of the law. Individuals found to compromise test content by copying in any manner and/or sharing test content will be prohibited from testing or earning certification at any future date.
All information provided as part of the registration and testing process must be accurate, including your full name and addresses. Changes to your name or contact information must be updated in your registration record to assure an opportunity to take the test and to receive scores and credentials earned.
