NCEES Privacy Policy

All requests are handled in a confidential manner. NCEES will only release accommodation-related information to authorized persons, on a need-to-know basis, for the purpose of reviewing and making decisions regarding accommodation requests or implementing approved accommodations. This may include NCEES staff as well as external experts who review requests. Accommodations-related documentation will not be released to any third party without the examinee’s express written consent, unless there is court order or valid discovery requests for such documentation or another legitimate basis for disclosing such documentation in connection with an administrative proceeding or lawsuit.
